JAMES and MARY ANN JAMES, husband and wife, hereinafter collectively <br />referred to as GRANTORS, for and in consideration of FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ($50,000.00), and other good and valuable consideration, received from, LUIS <br />EMMANUEL UVALLE and ELIZABETH ANNE JAMES, husband and wife, as joint tenants <br />with rights of survivorship, hereinafter collectively referred to as GRANTEES convey to <br />GRANTEES, the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
