<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 23, 2009, executed by Vera D. Mach and Gerrie K.
<br />Roberson; Single Women, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No. 0200907788 on the 28th of September, 2009, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Part of Block Four (4) in Brown's Addition to Aida, Hall County, Nebraska, described as beginning at
<br />a point on the North line of said Block Four (4) a distance of Fifty Feet (50') East of the Northwest Corner of
<br />said Block Four (4), thence Southerly parallel to the West line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 150 Feet,
<br />thence Easterly and parallel to the Northerly line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 75 feet, thence Northerly
<br />and parallel to the Westerly line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 150 feet, thence Westerly along and
<br />upon the North line of said Block Four (4) a distance of 75 feet to the point of beginning.
