<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: LARRY J DESAIRE, TRUSTEE OF THE
<br />LARRY J AND BETTY A DESAIRE REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY
<br />21, 2012 AND BETTY A DESAIRE, TRUSTEE OF THE LARRY J AND BETTY A DESAIRE
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 21, 2012 to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 19, 2013 and
<br />recorded NOVEMBER 26, 2013 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 201309298 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />UNIT FOUR (4) OF WESTWOOD PARK I CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM
<br />ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION AND BY -LAWS RECORDED FEBRUARY 24,
<br />2004 AS INSTRUMENT #2004 - 01622, RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE
<br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS 411 ROSEWOOD CIRCLE, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
