<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, executed by Tommy Ummel, Sr.,
<br />Trustor, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, as Trustee, for the benefit of GREAT WESTERN BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated July 8, 2013 and recorded July 8, 2013 as Instrument No. 201305482 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the
<br />endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release,
<br />quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and
<br />interest derived to said Trust by or through said Trust Deed in the property legally described as follows:
<br />The Southerly Forty and Three Tenths Feet (S40.3') of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
<br />and Five (5) and all of Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), all in Block One (1),
<br />and Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), and Five (5), all in Block Four (4), and all being in
<br />East Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. And, also, the Easterly
<br />Thirty -Three feet (E33.0') of vacated Gilmore Street in East Park, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying adjacent to the above- described Tots, more particularly
<br />described in Ordinance No. 4884 recorded in Book 21, Page 17 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. Also, that portion of vacated Chicago Street in East Park, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, lying adjacent to and between the
<br />above - described lots, and more particularly described in Grand Island City Ordinance No. 6485,
<br />which is recorded as Document No. 79- 005417 in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, subject to the easements of record.
<br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it shall in
<br />no way affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain subject
<br />to the said Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Trustee has executed this Deed of Reconveyance on
<br />the 4th day of September, 2014.
<br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on this 4th day of July, 2014 by Lee
<br />Fritson, Market President of Great Western Bank, a South Dakota Corporation, on behalf of the
<br />corporation as such Trustee.
