��14�54�7 <br /> 7. App�ica�tion of P�yments ar Pr,vG�dS. Except as a�herwis�des�rihed in this Sect�on 2, all paymeuts <br /> a��epted and applied by Lender shall�e applied in the folivwing order of priori�y: �a�interest due under the <br /> �ote; tb}principal due under the Note; �c3 amaunts due under Secti�n 3. Such payments shall be applied to <br /> e.�ch Periadic Payment in the order in which it hecame due. Any remaining amount�shall be applie.ci fu�st to <br /> late charges, second to any other amounts due under this Se�urity Instru�rnent, and�hen tv reduce the <br /> pri.ncipal balan�e of the Note. <br /> If Lender recei�es a payment fx,am Borrawer for a delinquent Periadic Payment which includes a sufficient <br /> amnunt to pay any late�harge due,the payment may be applied tv the delinquent paym�n�and the late <br /> �harge. If mvre than one Periodic Payment is�u�stan.ding, Lender may app�y any payment received frorn <br /> B�rrower to the repayment of the P�riodic Payments if, ar�d to the extent thata each payment can be paid in <br /> fu11.
