<br /> Borrvwer shall nat cause or pex�mit the presence,use,disposal, starage, or release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substat�ces,or threaten to release any Hazardous Substan�s,on ar in the Pr�perty.Borrower shall not dc�,
<br /> nor a11ow anyone else to do, anything affecting the Property�a}that is in violation of any Environme�.tal
<br /> Law, [b}whi�h creates an Enviranmental�ond��ion, or��}which, due to the presence,use,or release�f a
<br /> Hazardous Substa,n�e, �reates a condi�ian that adversely affects the�a1ue af the Praperty.The pre�eding twv
<br /> sen�ences shall not apply to the presence,us�, or starage on th�Property�f small quan��ies af Hazardous
<br /> Substances that are generally recagnized to 1.�appropriate to normal residentia.�uses and to maintenance of

<br /> Borrower sha11 promptly give Lender written noti�e of�a}any invest�ga�ion, ��airn, deman.d,lawsuit ar�ther
<br /> a�tion by any governmental or regulatary agency or pri�ate pa�ty in�olving the Property and any Hazardous
<br /> Substance ar Enviranmental Law af whi�h Barrower has actual kn.owledge, �b�any Environmental
<br /> �ondition,includi.ng but not limited t�,any spill�iug,leaking, discharge, release vr threat vf releas�of any
<br /> Hazardous Substan��,an.d�c}any�andition�aused by the presence,use or release vf a Hazardous Substance
