<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Roebuck Enterprises LLC, A
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated December 17, 2012, and recorded December 18, 2012, in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201210782 (or in Book
<br />Number ` Page Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:

<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
