The undersigned appraisers find that the amount of damages sustained by the Condenmee, as owner of the below described real estate, by reason of the taking thereof by the Condemner for public improvements for a Right of Way and permanent easement, to be in the amount of$4,100.00(Four Thousand One Hundred Dollars and no/100)said real estate described as follows: A Right of Way and permanent easement on real property owned by the Condemnees consisting of part of a tract described as Lots 2 and 4,Block 1 of College Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska and more particularly described as: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2,said point also being the poit of intersection of the East Right-of-Way(R.O.W.)line of Huston Avenue and the South R.O.W. line of Capital Avenue and the point of beginning; thence on an assumed bearing of N89°47'43"E along said South R.O.W.line a distance of 141.74 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 2;thence S01°00'46"E along the East line of said Lot 2 a distance of 5.83 feet;thence S89°50'38"W a distance of 141.74 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 1,said line also being the East R.O.W.line of Huston Avenue; thence N00°58'30"W along said East R.O.W.line a distance of 5.71 feet to the point of beginnings. Said tract contains 819 square feet more or less. The above-described easement and right-of-way containing a total of 1.12 acres, more or less. 6.
