<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to The Bank of New

<br />On or about March 12, 2012, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary, again assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to The
<br />Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of
<br />CWABS, Inc, Asset - Backed Certificates, Series 2006 -8. The Assignment was recorded March
<br />15, 2012, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />201201955.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, will be referred to as
<br />GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of Sixty -Eight Thousand Six Hundred Twenty -Two
<br />Dollars and Ninety -Seven Cents ($68,622.97) and other valuable consideration received from
