<br /> tra�sported ar otherwise hand€ed. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and

<br /> ImprovemeMs. The word "]mprovements" means al[ existing and future improvements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile hames affixed on the Real Praperty, facilities, additions, rep[ecements and other cons#ruction on the Real
<br /> Proparty.
<br /> Inde6tedness. The word "Indebtedness" means a!I principa[, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payab[e under the Credit Agreement or Rela#ed �ocuments, together with all renewals of, extensions of,
<br /> modifications of, consolidations of and substiYutions for the Credit Agreement or RelaEed Documents a�d any
<br /> arRounts expended or acfvanced by Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Tr�stee or
<br /> Lender to en�Force Trustor's obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with inierest on such amounts as
<br /> provided in t[�i5 �eed of�r�st.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Equitab[e 6an[c, its successors and assigns. The words "successors ar
<br /> assigns" rnean any person or campany that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Persona] Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles of persor�al
<br /> property now or [�ereafEer owned by Trustor, and now or hereaiter attached or affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> together with a!I accessions, parts, and additions #o, all replacemertts of, and al� substitutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and together with al! proceeds iinc[uding withoui limitation a][ insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums} from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means collectively the Real Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mean the real property, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Related Documents. The words "Related Documents" snean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreerrtents, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgagss, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, co][ateraf mortgages, and all other ins#ruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in connectiort with the ]ndebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other 6enefits derived from the Property.
<br /> Trustee. The ward "Trustee" means Equitable Ban[c iGrand Isfand Region), whose address is 'f 13-1�5 N Locust
<br /> St; PO Box 160, Grand island, NE 68802-0�60 and any substitute or successor trustees.
