. 201405340 Fractional Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Nagy's Addition to Grand Island Hall County, Nebraska, and its complement Fractional Lot Six (6), Block Three(3), Original Town,now City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska; that said deed of mist was duly recorded on July 28,2009,as Instrument No. 0200906212 in the 4ffice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; that on or before such recording, defendant Marie Delia Romero Aguillon a/k/a Maria Delia Romero Aguillon, became, and now is, the record owner of such real estate; that on or before the execution and recording of the above-described deed of trust, the residence including all buildings, structures, improvements, and attachments located within the above-described real estate became permanently affixed to said real estate and were made a permanent part thereof and therefore are deemed a part of such real estate secured by the above-described deed of trust, and not personal properry; that Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for United Wholesale Mortgage, its successors and assigns, thereaf}er did sell, transfer and assign said deed of trust to the plaintiff by written assignment; that such assignment was duly recorded on July 29, 2013, as Instrument No. 201306049; that contemporaneously, United Wholesale Mortgage endorsed such note in blank and delivered the note to the plaintiff;that the plaintiff is the present owner of the beneficial interest under such deed of tzust and is the holder of the indebtedness secured thereby and is the real party in irnerest;that said deed of trust is a first lien upon the above-described real estate; that the interests of the defendants Marie Delia Romero Aguillon a/k/a Maria Delia Romero Aguillon, Jamie A.
