<br /> amounts expended or advanoed by Lenc[er to c{iseharge Tre�stor's obfigations or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trustor's obligations under this Deed of Trust, together with in#erest on such amounts as
<br /> pro�ided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Equitable Bank, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personaf Property" mean a!I equipment, fixtures, and other arEicles of personal
<br /> property naw or hereafter owned by 7rustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed to #he Rea[ Property;
<br /> together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, a[I replacements of, and a][ substitutions far, any of such
