CONTINGENT NON DURABLE AND SPECIFIC POWER OF ATTORNEY 2014 05273 Kenneth A. Bomberger (hereinafter "Principal "), a domiciliary of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, desiring and intending to establish a Power of Attorney operative under the Nebraska Short Form Act does hereby appoint constitute and designate Debra Bomberger (hereinafter "Agent: "), a domiciliary of Saint Paul, Hall County, Nebraska, the lawful and true agent and attorney -in -fact for principal; and principal does hereby further provide and stipulate in connection therewith as follows: 1. Non durability.: By this instrument this principal creates and establishes a non- durable and specific power of attorney upon the following principles: a. Legal Sources: the. short form expressions herein used have the respective meanings thereto ascribed by and are respectively subject to application, construction, enforcement, and interpretation as prescribed under the provisions of §49 -1501 -1561, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as submitted, and for all other applicable provisions of the Nebraska Short Form Act. b. Contingency; this Power of Attorney is contingent upon the departure of the principal from the State of Nebraska and remains effective for the duration of his absence from August 20, 2014 through September 1, 2014. c. Termination: the authority and power within the scope of this instrument terminates and this instruments ceases to be effective and operative at or after the death or incapacity of principal when, by notice thereof or otherwise known to agent, or upon its revocation by principal, or upon September 1, 2014.
