Grantor owns real property located in Grand Island, Nebraska, legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Commercial Industrial Park Fourth Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Grantor <br />Property ") . <br />Grantee owns certain real estate adjacent to the Grantor Property, legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot One (1), Commercial Industrial Park Fourth Subdivision, in <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Grantee <br />Property ") . <br />C. Grantee is constructing improvements on a portion of the Grantee Property and <br />desires to construct and install sanitary sewer service lines across a portion of <br />the Grantor Property in order to connect the Grantee Property to the city sewer. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits described herein, and in <br />further of Two Thousand 86 No/ 100 Dollars ($2,000.00), the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, and other valuable consideration, Grantor and Grantee agree as <br />follows: <br />1.
