<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 24, 1998, executed by JAMES H TRUELL, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as
<br />Instrument No 98- 108327, recorded on the 25th day of August, 1998, and Modification of Deed of
<br />Trust dated October 7, 2003, and entered as Instrument No 0200313825, recorded on the 20th
<br />day of October, 2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />• LOT TWO (2), ZANA SUBDIVISION, TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;

<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
