<br /> and any ��ga� fees and related forecl�sure casts that may have be�n accrued for work compteted. This
<br /> Unpaid Principal Baiance has been reduced by the contemp�raneous HUD Partial �taim amount of
<br /> $33,440.SU. This agre�ment�s conditiQned on the praper execution and recording of this HUD Partial
<br /> Claim.
<br /> 3. Borrower promises tn pay the Unpaid Principal Balance, plus int�res�, to the order af Lender.Interest wi11
<br /> be charged on �he Unpaid Pr�ncipal Balance a� the yearly rate of 3.5�D�°/�, fram JULY 1, ZU14. The
<br /> Borrower promises to make mflnthly payment� of principal and interest of L].S. $429.12, heginning on the
