<br />    			condition �on�ained in this Deed ❑�F Trust ❑r in any o�f�he Rela�ed ❑ocumen�s �r ta cvmply with vr�v perform any
<br />   			�erm, obligatian, co�enan�vr�ondition canfiained in any ather agre�men�b��ween Lender and B�rrower or Trustar.
<br />    			Compliance Defau[t.  Failure to cvmply with any other fierm, ❑laligation, covenan� or conditian �ontained in this

<br />   			�im�and for any reason.
<br />    			❑ea�h vr Insvlrrency.  The dissalution ❑� Trustvr's {regardless of whether efection �o continue is made}, any
<br />    			member withdraws from�he limi�ed liab�lity company, or any ather termination of Borrower's or Trus�or's exis�ence
<br />    			as a gaing business ❑r fihe death af any member, the insal�ency of Borrower or Trustar, the app�intment v� a
<br />    			recei��r for any part of Borrower's or Trustor's prvperfiy, any assignmenfi �or the benefit ❑f credi�ors, any type ❑f
<br />    			credi�or w�rkoufi, or the commencement of any proceeding under any i�ankruptcy ❑r insol�ency laws I�y ar agains�
<br />    			Borrower or Trustvr.
<br />    			Credi�or ❑r For�eiture Proceedings.  Commen�ement vfi fvrecfosure or forfei�ure p�oceedings, whe�her by judicial
<br />    			pro�eeding, self-help, repossession or any ather method, by any creditor af Borrower or Trustvr ar hy any
<br />    			go�ernmen�al agency agains� any pr�per�y securing the fndelatedness.  This includes a garnishment of any o�F
<br />    			Borrnwer's �r Trustor's accounts, including deposit accoun�s, wi�h Lender.  Howe�er, �his E�en� of ❑e�au�t sha��

<br />    			E�ents Af-Fecfiing Guaran�or.  Any a� the preceding e�ents ❑ccurs with respect t❑ any Guarantar of any vf the
<br />    			lndebtedness ❑r any Guaran�or dies or hecomes incampetent, or re�okes or disputes the �alidity of, or liability
<br />    			under, any Guaranty o�the lndebtsdness.
<br />   			Adverse Change.  A material ad�erse change occurs in Barrawer's ❑r Trus�or's financial conditian, or Lender
<br />    			helie�es the prospect of payment or per�a�manGe a�the lndebtedness is impaired.
<br />    			lnsecuri�y. Lender in goad fai�h belie�es itself insecure.
<br />    			Righ�to Cure.  If any default, ather than a de�Fault in payment is cu�able and if Trus�ar has not be�n gi�en a notice
<br />    			❑f a breach af the same pra�ision of�his ❑eed of Trust within the preceding twel�e ��2� manths, it may he cured it
