<br /> lmpro�emen#s. The word "Imprv�ements" means all existing and future impro�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> molaile h�mes affixed on the Real Property, �aci�ities, additivns, repiacemen�s and vther consfiruc�ion ❑n the Real

<br /> Indeb�edness. The wvrd "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and ❑�her amaunts, cos�s and expenses

<br /> tagether with all accessions, parts, and additions �o, all replacemen�s of, and all subs�itu�ions for, any of such

<br /> Prvperty. The word "Proper�y" means cvlle�ti�ely fihe Real Property and the Personal Property.

<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and all ather ins�kruments, agreements and documents, whe-�her now or hereafker

<br /> Rents. The word "Ren�s" means all presenfi and fu�ure rents, re�enues, incame, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> ofiher bene�fts deriWed�rom�he Proper�y.
<br /> Trus�ee. The word "Trustee" means FiWe Points Bank, whase address is P.� Box 15�7, Grand lsland, NE
<br /> 688��-15�7 and any substifiute or su�cessor trustees.
<br /> Trus�or. The word "Trustor" means 12�4, LLC.
