Langholz, husband and wife, Grantors, in consideration of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys <br />to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska banking corporation, Grantee, the real estate in Hall County, Nebraska <br />legally described as: <br />Legal Description: Lot Five (5), Block Ninety Five (95), Original Town, now City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors have sold said land to the Grantee for a fair <br />and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that recited above, being satisfaction of <br />debt evidenced by a certain Promissory Note No. 9472 executed June 24, 2008 and amended by Change <br />In Terms Agreements dated March 2, 2009 and July 2, 2010 all of which are secured by a Deed of Trust <br />executed by Dean A. Langholz and Mary L. Langholz, husband and wife, on June 24, 2008 and recorded <br />June 24, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200805440 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made. <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors: <br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except easements, <br />restrictions, and zoning ordinances of record; <br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on this 6th day of August, 2014, by Dean <br />A.
