This Durable Power Of Attorney does not include the power to make <br />decisions with respect to "health care," as defined in Section 4615 of the California Probate <br />Code. <br />I, Evelyn Irene Lewis, residing at 420 Elbrook Drive, Fallbrook, California 92028, <br />hereby make, constitute and appoint Scott Alan Lewis ( "Attorney" or "Agent "), as my true and <br />lawful attorney in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead and for my use and benefit. <br />If my attorney for any reason is unable or unwilling to serve as my attorney in fact, I then <br />appoint Terry Ray Lewis to serve as alternate to my attorney named above. <br />THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. <br />A.
