KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among JASON M. OWENS AND JULIE M. OWENS, husband and wife, Trustors, and ASHLEE L. WARING, as Trustee, and MICHAEL J. OWENS or JILL B. OWENS, as beneficiaries, dated July 1, 2012, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 201205860 has been paid; and WHEREAS, the beneficiaries under said Deed of Trust have requested that all of the property held by Ashlee L. Waring, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
