<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed execute by, Kyle R.
<br />Overturf, a single person and Leah C. Petersen, a single person, ( "Trustor "); to Exchange Bank,
<br />Successor -by- merger of Nebraska National Bank, Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska National Bank, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated April 6, 2011, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of: Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as filed on April 7, 2011, recorded in #0201102728 and re- recorded filed on May
<br />18, 2011 recorded #0201103751 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that his
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, and
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
