<br /> acknowledged by Lender in writing, (a} any breach or violation of any Environmental Laws, fb) any use,
<br /> generation, manu�acture, storage, treatment, dispasal, release or threatened release of any Hazardous Substance
<br /> on, under, a6out or trom the Property by any prior nwners or accupants of the Property, or �c1 any actual or
<br /> threatened IiEfgation or clairr�s of any kind by any person relating to such matters; and f3} Except as previously
<br /> disclosed to and acknowledged by Lender in writing, ia) neither'frustor nor any tenant, contractor, agent or ather

<br /> Substance on, under, about or from the Property; and {b) any such activity shall be conducted in compliance with

<br /> �nvirvnmental Lsws. Trustor autf�orizes Lender and its agents to enter upon the Property to make such
<br /> inspeotions and tests, at Trustor's expense, as Lender may deerrs appropriate ta determine campliance af the
<br /> Property with this section of the deed of Trust. Any inspections ar tests made by Lender shall be for Lender's
<br /> purposes only and shal[ not be consErued ta create any responsibility or liability on the part of Lender to Trustor or
<br /> to any other person. The representations and warranties containad herein are based on Trustor's due diligence in
<br /> investigating tha Property for Hezardous 5ubstances, Trustor hereby i1) refeases and waives any fu#ure claims
