The twenty (20) foot wide utility easement and <br />right -of -way being more particularly described as follows: <br />The southerly twenty (20.0) feet of the easterly twenty (20.0) feet of the westerly <br />forty (40.0) feet of Lot Fourteen (14), Meadowlark West Third Subdivision, <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing 400 square feet, more or <br />less, as shown on the plat dated 6/30/2014, marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />Robert H.
