<br /> 5.. That pursuant to order on inheritance tax entered herein
<br /> on April 30, 1973, after adjustments made on Apri1 16, 1973 and
<br /> upon determination of the values of said property, and the County
<br /> Attorney of Curning County, Nebraska; and of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> having stipulated for t�Le valuation o� the ��esr:�c��ve �roperty in .
<br /> said estate, said order was entered and the tax due and owing by
<br /> Gerald Jahnke, he being the only persons subject to tax herein,
<br /> and said inheritance tax due and owing has been paid in ful1;
<br /> 6. That said estate is not subject to the federal estate tax

<br /> 7. That Elmer E. Jahnke died seized in fee simple of the' identical

<br /> and said real estate descends pursuant to 1aw to the heirs set f orth
<br /> in paragraph # .3 hereof in equal shares, being a 1/7th share to each.
<br /> 8. That all personal property has been converted to cash except
<br /> ,for the disposition of certain Canadian stock of Angao United Develop-
<br /> ment which has been submitted for redemption and upon receipt of the
<br /> funds it shall be distributed equally to the heirs, being a 1/7th share �

<br /> 9. That by f inal account filed herein by the administrators there
<br /> was a balance on hand of �30,281.52 and they have, received t�.e ba�.ance
