<br /> said partners ware eRual partn�rs and that the decsdent's capital account
<br /> in said partnership a2 the time of his death was one-fourth of the n�t
<br /> capital account and that the fair and rsasor�le valus of ths decsdent's '
<br /> partnership equity as of November 18, 1967, was the sum of $171,567.OU as �
<br /> found by the appraisers appointed by this Court; that th� principai asset
<br /> of said partnership is alevators located in Amherst, Elm Cre�k, Gothenburg,
<br /> Brady, and North Platte, Nebraska, and that ef£ective on the date of death
<br /> of the decedent the surviving partners aitd the Executor entsr�d into a
<br /> ! successors agreement for the operation of said �levators as a public grain,
<br /> i
<br /> warehouserlicensae and for the operation under the Uniform Grain Storage
<br /> MAgreem�nt with the United Statss Department of Agriculture and that during
<br /> the probate of this estate the estate has continued as a partner and is
<br /> entitled to one-fourth of the profits of said partn�rship.

<br /> That at the time of the decedent's death the Ingalls Grain Company,
<br /> a partnership, wss the own�r of ths following described prop�rty, to-wit:
