<br /> my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by

<br /> FIRST �
<br /> � I ,direct that my executor pay all of my just debts, ex-
<br /> penses of my last illness, funeral expenses, and costs of adminis-
<br /> tering my estate, including any inheritance taxes which may be due. •

<br /> I hereby give., devise and bequeath a21 the rest and resi-
<br /> due of my property of every kind to my sisters, .3aze1 Tharp and Anna
<br /> Magner, to each of them one-third of my estate, and to my nieces ,
<br /> Maxine Mordock and Marcelle Butler, daughters of my deceased brother,
<br /> MerZe Craven, to� each of them one-si.xth of my estate.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> Tn the event that Hazel .Tharp shall predecease me, th.en
<br /> the share that would have gone to her i� living, I hereby give, de-
<br /> vise and bequeath to her husband, Frank Tharp, if he shall survive
<br /> me, or if he shall not survive, then tc my nieces and nephew, Dorqthy
<br /> Leahy anci Charles �harp, equally or to the survivor of them�.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> In the e�ent that my sister, Anna Magner; sha11 not survive
<br /> me, then I give, devise and bequeath aIl the �hare that would have gone
<br /> to her if living, to my niece and nephew, Btrni�e.:°Rreil and Dale Magner,
<br /> . equally or to the survivor of them.
<br /> FIFTH
<br /> In the event that Maxine Mordock or I�arcelle Butler �-��11
<br /> not survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath the share that wauld
<br /> have gone to such deceased person if living, to the survivor of th�m.

<br /> I hereby give my executor full and complete power and a�tth-
<br /> ority to sell at public or private sale and to transfer and convey any
<br /> and all of my property, real or personal, without the intervention of
<br /> any court, said authority to sell and convey to cont�nue until he has
<br /> been discharged in due course as my executor. All of the other provi-

<br /> sions in this will are subject to the provisions of this paragraph.

<br /> I hereby appoint my nephew, Charles Tharp, Grant, Nebraska,
