Casper, husband <br /> and wife as joint'tenants with right of survivorship, owned the <br /> foilowing described property at the time of his death: <br /> The E ast 98 feet of Lot 1 Block 1, � <br /> Hickman�s Addition to Marquette, <br /> Nebraska, Value $�,000.00 <br /> 1966 Plymouth Valiant car valued $500.00 <br /> which property became the soie property of Celeste D. Casper at the <br /> death of the said Frank J. Casper. <br /> That under the terms of the last Will and Testament of <br /> the said decedent, all of his property was bequeathed to his wife <br /> Alta H. Casper, and in the event that she should predecease him, then <br /> all of his property was bequeathed to his children in equal shares; <br /> That Alta H. Casper died on April 6, 1964, as evidenced <br /> by her death certificate on file in tLese proceedings, and tnat the <br /> bequest made to her under the Will of Frank J.
