<br /> of Willard F. Casper, Executor of said estate, praying for allowance
<br /> � of final report, determination of inheritance tax, if: any, �
<br /> determination of heirship and assignment of property and for his
<br /> discharge, and the Court being fully advised in the premises finc�s:
<br /> That notice of said final hearing was �duly published �
<br /> in the Aurora News-Register, of Aurora, Nebraska, as provided by law,
<br /> and that copies of said notice of he aring was duly mailed to all
<br /> persons interested in said matter, as evidenced by affidavit of
<br /> mailing notice_ by Carroll J. Reid attorney for the Executor, and
<br /> Volun�ary app�arances fil.ed by the County Attorney of Namilton
<br /> County, Nebraska, and by the County Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> That Frank J. Casper died on the 3rd day of July 19�2;
<br /> leaving a last VFill and Testament, which was duly admitted to probate
<br /> in this Court on Septe�er 12, 1972, and that Willard F. Casper was
<br /> duly appointed Executor of said last Will and Testament .of said �
<br /> deceased on September _�12, 1972, and the Court finds that the"said
<br /> deceased was a resident of Hamilton County, Nebrask a at the time of
<br /> his de ath.
<br /> That the final report of said 'Executor _as filed in said
