<br /> ` Sept+ember, 1972, on the petition of Michael F. 0'Gorman,_ praying
<br /> „ , ` for the settlement of the estate of James J. 0'Gorman under the
<br /> . Small Estates Act, and praying that �a Decree be entered,
<br /> ` determining heirship and dispensing �rith .regular .and it�.rther
<br /> administration of said estate; the evidence being fully adduced
<br /> and the Court being fully. advised in� the premises,: finds:
<br /> `� 1. That due and proper notice of the time and place +
<br /> of hearing on said petition has been given as required by law
<br /> and the order of this Court.
<br /> 2.' That James J. 0'Gorman was a resident of the Village
<br /> of Greeley, Greeley County, Nebraska, and departed this life in
<br /> the City of�Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska, on the l6th
<br /> . day�of March, 1972, leaving no Last Will and Testament.
<br /> 3. That the deceased at the time of his death owned
<br /> an interest in the following described real estate situated in
<br /> . - the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> ` The Westerly Ztaenty-two (W22' } Feet of Lot Three (3)
<br /> - and the Easterly Ttaenty-two (EZ2' ) Feet of Lot Four
<br /> (4), all in Block Sixty-nine (69), in the Original �
<br /> . Town, Now City, of �Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br /> that the value of the interest of the deceased at the time of his
<br /> death was approxima.tely $1,000.00.
<br /> 4. That the deceased left as his only heirs-at-law,
<br /> the following persons, to-wit:
<br /> Michael F. OtGorman, brother; Patrick L. 0'Gorman,
<br /> Brother; John L. 0'Gorman, brother; Mary Murphy, sister; and
<br /> Joan 0'Neill, sister, all of legal age. �
<br /> 5. That the interest of the deceased in the real estate
<br />- as described in Paragraph 3 of this Decree is wholly exempt from �
<br /> attachment, execution, or other mesne processes, and said -
<br /> . property is not liable for the payment of the debts of the decease .
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
<br /> , COURT that the heirs-at-law of the said James 30 0'Gormara and �he
<br /> degree of kinship are as follows� •
