<br /> I appoint my son-in-law Clifford L. Fauquier, Central City� �
<br /> Nebraska, executor of this Wi1L
<br /> In the event he should fail to qualify and act as such executor, or if
<br /> he ahould die, resign or be removed, then the Cour� having jurisdiction
<br /> of my estate, shall appoint an administrator with will annexed to aucceed
<br /> him, and the administrator with wili annexed, so appointed by said Court,
<br /> shall be vested with the same powers and rights, and shall be subject to
<br /> the same limitations as the executor named herein.
<br /> II. .
<br /> I direct my executor or his successor to pay all my just and legal
<br /> debts, expenses of my last illness and funeral, including the cost of a
<br /> headatone at my grave, and the costs and expenses of admitting this Will
<br /> to probate� and administering my estate, as soon after my demise as can
<br /> conveniently be done.
<br /> III.
<br /> In the event that my beloved wife, Tina E. Schirkofsky, survives
<br /> me, then I give, devise and bequeath to her all the rest, residue and
<br /> remainder of my estate, to have and to hold forever.

<br /> In the event that my beloved wife, Tina E. Schirkofsky, does not
<br /> survive me, then for the purpoae of carrying out this Will and to convert
<br /> all of my estate into cash, I authorize, direct and empower my said
<br /> executor or hia successor to sell and convey aay and all of the real,
<br /> personal and mixed property, of which I die aeized and possessed and to
<br /> which I am entitled at the time of my death at such time and on such
