<br /> The Court finds th�t the Final 8eport of the said
<br /> Gerald B. Buechler, Administ:rator of the Estate of 8oy T.
<br /> Arnold, Deceased, is, in all respects, just, true and correct;
<br /> that due Notice to Creditors has been given; that all claims
<br /> allowed aqainst said Estate have been duly paid and satisfied,
<br /> and all other claims barred; that due and .leqal notice d'r time
<br /> and place for hearing on said Final Beport and Petition for
<br /> Final Settlement of Account, has been given to all persons
<br /> interested in said Estate, as provided by law.
<br /> III.
<br /> The Court finds that the heirs at law of the said
<br /> Roy T. 1�rnold, Deceased, all of which are twenty-one years
<br /> and upwards, are as follorrs ;

<br /> The Court further finds that �/era Arnold, the Widow of the
<br /> deceased, is not the first wif�e of the deceased, and not the
<br /> mother of all children, and therefore is entitled, under the
<br /> Statutes of the State of Nebraska, to a one-fourth (1/4) interest
<br /> in the Estate of the decedent, and that the three sons of the
<br /> decedent are entitled to a one-fourth (1/4) interest each also,
<br /> IV. .
<br /> The Court finds that the costs of administering the
<br /> Estate of &oy T. Arnold, Deceased, which have not, as yet, been
<br /> paid, os allowed, are the Court costs due this Court, in the
<br /> amount of $55.00, Administrator�s fee, which includes prof essional
<br /> legal services rendered by the Administrator, in the amount of
<br /> �350.00, and the personal prop�rty ta�ces due the State of
<br /> Nel�rasra in the amount of $23.T38, and that the same are jwst a�d
