Arnold, <br /> widow of the deceased, for a Widow�s Allowance in the amount <br /> of $100.00 per month from the date of the decedent�s death to <br /> the closing of the Estate, and came or� also to be heard upon <br /> the Final �teport and Petition for Settlement of Final Account <br /> of Gerald B. Buechler, Administrator of the Estate of I�oy T, <br /> Arnold, Deceased; said Petition for Final Settlement of Account <br /> prayed for an Order of Distribution of the assets of the Estate, <br /> and further that the Court determine the status of an alleged <br /> $750.00 claim of the Estate against the Widow, Vera M. Arnold. <br /> There being present in Court Gerald B. Buechler, the <br /> AcLu�nistrator, and L. W. Kellp, 5x., Attorney f or Vera M. <br /> Arnold, the widow. Evidence was taken, and upon the evid�nce <br /> and the record herein, and the Court being fully advised in the <br /> premises, finds as follows: <br /> I. <br /> That the Application of the widow, Vera M. Arnold, <br /> far a Widow�s Allowance in the amount of �100.00 per month from <br /> the date of the death of the decedent to t he closing of the <br /> �state, although filed late, should be granted, inasmuch as the <br /> i xid�w permitted the household goods, furnish'ings and equipment <br /> `' to be sold, and the money deposited with the Estate, which <br /> I <br /> 4 personal property would rightfully have been hers; that, how- <br /> ever, the Claim of the Estate in the aanount of $750.00 against <br /> the said flera Me Arnold is a valid claim, and that the same <br /> should be set off aqainst the �iidow�s Allowance, herein allowed, <br /> and that there will thus be due the said Vera M.
