<br /> Upon considera►tion of the evidence, the Court finds that Anna
<br /> Faehler died r�pril 4, 1957. int�state, and a resident of Hall Ceurt�y,
<br /> Plebra5ka� and that this Court haa 3uxisdietion af these proceeding�.
<br /> The Court furth�r finds that said deceased owned no property in
<br /> her awn nam� �at the time of her death requirfng administratian of her
<br /> estate, and that her expenses of last illnes� and burial, as show� �
<br /> in the p�tition and in the tatalamour•rtot $1��62.40, were paid by h�r
<br /> brvther, Carl Poehler.
<br /> The Court further finds that said decea�ed left her acarviving as
<br /> her sale heir�-at-law the following persons: Car2 Foe}�ler, brother�
<br /> Henry Poehler, brother, Ray Poehler and Elvira Rohweder� nephew and
<br /> niece of said deceas�d and the surviving children of a predeceased
<br /> brother, Fred Foehler.
<br /> The Court furthar finds that said deceas�d, a� the time af her
<br /> de�th, was the awnex a� �oint tenant with Car1 Pa�hler, h�r b�ather,
<br /> of the f ollowin� descrSbscl i.t�ms of prope�ty having a f�ir market
<br /> valve as of the d�te �f her d�ath set fo�th beside e�ch such items
<br /> of preperty: _ .
