Dryer, of Grand Island, Hall C��,��3�a��4� beicrg�of <br /> sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this <br /> `my Last Will and Testament. <br /> I <br /> I nominate my son, Robert L. Dryer, of Grand Island, Nebraska as <br /> executor of this Wili and request that he be permitted to serve without bond. <br /> II <br /> I hereby authorize and direct my executor to pay all of my lawful debte, <br /> including -Lhe expense of my last illness and burial as soon after rny death as con- <br /> veniently may be done. <br /> III <br /> ' All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of whatever kind or wher - <br /> I <br /> ever situated, I give, devise and bequea#h to my beloved wife, Katherine L. Dryer, Jr. , now of Modesta, California, and Robert <br /> L. Dryer of Grand Island, Nebraska. In this connection however, we have here- <br /> tofore made a loan in the amount of $3, 000. 00 to our son, Charles F. Dryer, Jr. , <br /> no part of which has bsen repaid at the time of making this Will.
