<br /> My intention is that eacr. of the foreboing persons and in-
<br /> . stitutions shall receive an equal share in a11 of the res-
<br /> idue of my property. If any of the persons named herein
<br /> as legatees should precede me i7 death and �ould leave
<br /> children surviving him or her, then the share of the de-
<br /> ceased one shall pass to his or her children in equal
<br /> shares. Ii any of said legatees should precede me in
<br /> death without leaving children, then I direct that his or
<br /> her share shall revert to my estate and be divided eqvally
<br /> between the remaining legatees named herein.

<br /> I hereby name, nominate and appoint my brother, Qtto
<br /> Eggers, and B.J. Cunningham, Jr. , both of Grand Island,
<br /> Nehraska as Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.

<br /> I further direct that they shall act as Trustees of �
<br /> my estate during the lifetime of my brother, Otto Eggers, �
<br /> and I direct that the income from my estate, after the
<br /> payment of taxes and necessary repairs, shall be paid over ,
<br /> to my brother, Otto Eggers, whenever he desires that the
<br /> sa� be paid.
