That said Final Report and Supplement thereto are correct and should be allowed. 2. That the statement� and allegations in the Petition for Final Settlement and Supplement are true and correct. 3. Tha� the Executor took possession of the personal property belonging to the Estate and has paid all debts and claims allowed and the costs and expenses of administration. t�. County, Nebraska, wh�.ch the Eacecutor was directed to sell and which has been sold; that a11 other personal property has been liquidated and all remainin�; funds,, together with certain savings aceounts in the Equitable Building & Laan As�ociation remain in the possession of the F,xecutor after p�yment of special. b�questg. 6.
