<br /> I, �harles F. Schoel, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> do herewith make, publish and declare this to be my Zast Will
<br /> and Testament in manner and form as follows;
<br /> FIR�T
<br /> I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of
<br /> my just debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses, adminis-
<br /> tration expenses and the cost of a suitable headstone out of my
<br /> estate as soon as reasonably can be done.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> Z direct my Executor further to liquidate all assets in
<br /> my estate and in connectio n with any real estate that I may own
<br /> at the time of my death I grant to my Executor the full right,
<br /> license and authority to sell and convey the same vrithout license
<br /> from any Court for that purpose, with authority to sell either at
<br /> private sale or public auctian, and out of the net proceeds from
<br /> the liquidation of my estate, and after payment of the items set
<br /> forth in the FIRST paragraph hereof, I direct that my Executor
<br /> shall pay to George �eters, if he is living at the time of my death,
<br /> the sum of �2,000.00, and to Paul Farlee, of 617 �rest Lou'se Street,
<br /> Grand Island, I�ebraska, if he is living at the time of my death, ,
<br /> the sum of �p1,500.00, and all of the rest of my estate then remaining
<br /> to my father, Henry Baasch, to ha�;e and to hold the same forever.
<br /> THIRL
<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my uncle, Charles Zuth, to
<br /> be Executor of my t�uill but if for any reason he does not qualify
<br /> then I request the appointment af either A. J. Luebs, or Kenneth H.
<br /> Elson, of the law firm of Luebs & Elson, to act as the �xecutor.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> Having conferred in detail regarding the provisions of my
<br /> �d�7i11 with A. J. Luebs, of the law firm of Luebs & Elson, of Grand
<br /> Island, l�ebraska, I hereby waive all provisions of the laws of l�ebras-
<br /> xa, pertaining to privilzged communications between attorney and
<br /> client and expressly authorize him to testify as to any communica-
<br /> tions had with hirri regarding the provisions of this instrument wherever
<br /> necessary to properly administer my estate and request my Executor
<br /> to confer with him whenever necessary on matters pertaining to the
<br /> probate and aaministration.
<br /> FIFTH
<br /> I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.
