<br /> make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
<br /> by it revoking all former wills and codicils thereto by me made
<br /> and hereby provide as follows:

<br /> I direct that My just debts, if any, and the expenses of
<br /> my last illness and burial and the expenses of admitting this
<br /> w�ll to probate and probating my estate be paid by my Executor
<br /> as soon after my death as may be convenient.

<br /> I direct that my Executor shall, if I have not done so in

<br /> I give, devise and bequeattl to my Brother, Dick Valonis,
<br /> provided he shall survive me, all of my property of every kind
<br /> and nature and wheresoever situated, the same to be his absolutely

<br /> In the event t?;at my Broti�er, Dick Vaionis, should die
<br /> prior to my death, then and in that ever.t, I provide as follows;
<br /> 1. I give and beque�.th �o my Sister, Gianula Papadopaulos,

<br /> In the event that my Sister shoulci die prior to my
<br /> death, then and in that event, I direct that the beqtiest herein
<br /> mad� shall pass�and be paid to her issue, each, if ru�re than one,

<br /> 2. I give and bequeath to my ?daphew, G. D. Koli.as, of '

<br /> In the event that my Nephew, G. D. Kolias, should die
