<br /> PAUL ANDERSON, DECEASED. .
<br /> Now on this 1'7th day of January, 19b1�, at ten o'clock
<br /> a. m. this cause came on for hearing before the court upon the
<br /> final account of Ella Anderson, executrix of the estate of' Paul
<br /> Anderson deceased, and her petition for settlement and approval
<br /> thereof, and for a decree of heirship and distribution, and it
<br /> appearing to the Court from proof on file that due and legal
<br /> notice of hearing on said final account and petition, has been
<br /> given to all persons interested in said estate, by publication
<br /> in The Wolbach Messenger for three successive weeks prior to said
<br /> day of hearing, and that a printed copy of said pu:blished notice
<br /> of said hearing was mailed by United States Mail to all interested
<br /> persons, and that no objections have been filed thereto, and that
<br /> the Court has full and complete jurisdiction in said cause,
<br /> THE COURT FINDS:
<br /> That the money on deposit in joint accounts in the
<br /> Peoples State Bank of Wolbach, Nebraska, and the Citizens National
<br /> Bank, St . Paul, Nebraska, has been turned over to Ella Anderson,
<br /> the surviving joint tenant .
<br /> That the said Ella Anderson in her individual capacity
<br /> and out of personal funds paid all of the claims, debts and ob-
<br /> ligations of said decedent owing at the time of his death, and
<br /> that there are no outstanding and unpaid claims, debts or obliga-
<br /> tions against said estate at this time .
<br /> That Paul Anderson departed this life at his residence
<br /> in Greeley County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of August, 1962, and
<br /> was a resident and inhabitant of Greeley C-ount�,--I�ebr--aska_, at th,e '
<br /> time of his death; that said dececient died testate and that his �
<br /> last will and testament was admitted to probate on�September 2$, '
<br /> 196�.
<br /> That Paul Anderson was a single and unmarried person at i
<br /> the time of his death and left no father, mother, child, or child- '
<br /> ren him surviving, but 1ef't as his sole and only heirs at law and �
