LAST WILL AND TESTANiENT

<br /> IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. I, Paul Anderson, a single
<br /> man, of Greeley County, Nebraska, being of sound and disposing
<br /> mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be
<br /> my Last Will and Testament in manner and form' following, that is
<br /> to say.
<br /> FIRST. I direct that my executrix hereafter named pay
<br /> all of my just debts, funeral expense, expense of last sickness,
<br /> costsiof administration, as well as all taxes, County, State and
<br /> Federal that may be levied and assessed against my estate, as soon
<br /> after, my death as may be convenient .
<br /> SECOND. After the payment of the items set forth in
<br /> paragraph First hereof, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved
<br /> siste�, Ella Anderson, all of the rest, residue and remainder of
<br /> my property of every kind and description, whether real, personal
<br /> or mixed and wherever situated, to have and to hold the same unto
<br /> the said Ella Anderson and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br /> THIRD. In the case of the death of myself and my sister
<br /> E11a Anderson, in a cor_�:~non accident or disaster, then I give ,
<br /> devise and bealuea�h all cf the rest, residue and remainder of my
<br /> real estate of every kind and description and wherever situated
<br /> to my sister, Mary J. Nelson, and to my half-brother, Joseph Town-
<br /> send, share and share alike, and I give, devise and bequeath all
<br /> of the rest , residue and remainder of my personal property of
<br /> every kind and description and wherever situated to Nels R.
<br /> Hansen who is now engaged with me in farming operations on a
<br /> partnership basis, providing that the said Nels R. Hansen shall
<br /> be engaged in farming operations with me at the time of my death.
<br /> In the event that the said Nels R. Hansen is no longer engaged in
<br /> farming operations with me at the time of my death, then he shall
<br /> not be entitled to any of my personal property, and I then give,
<br /> devise and bequeath all of' the rest , residue and remainder of my
<br /> personal nroperty of every kind and description and wherever
<br /> situatect, to my sister P�2ary J. Nelson, and to my half-brother,
<br /> Josenh Townsend, share and share alike .
<br /> FOURTH. I hereby name, constitute and appcint my be-
<br /> loved sister, Ella Anderson, executrix of this my last wi11 and
<br /> Testament , and request that she be permitt2d to act as such
<br /> without bond.
<br /> FIFTH. I hereby revoke any and all f ormer wills by me
<br /> heretofore made .
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at
<br /> Greeley, Nebraska, this 27th day of May, A. D. , 1957 •

<br /> We, whose names are hereto subscribed, do 'hereby certi�'
<br /> that Paul Anderson, the testator, subscribed his name to this
<br /> instrument in our presence, and in the presence of each of us,
<br /> and declared at the time in our presence and hearing that this
<br /> instrument was his Last Will and Testament, and we at his re-
<br /> quest sign our names hereto in his presence, as attesting wit-
<br /> nesses.
