<br /> The Court further finds that John Ross i�amer, depar�ec �:h�.s

<br /> the �a�.d John Rass '�arner, died intesta�e, and tYxat a i eti��o�► iar
<br /> the probate of his estate was file� on the 7th day of 1Karch, l�a�.3,
