<br /> I, Ernest H. Baasch, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> do herewith make, publish and declare this to be a Codicil to my
<br /> . Last' Will`'and Testament dated June 2�, 1961, in manner and form as
<br /> f ollows:
<br /> WHEREAS, my wife Katie K, Baasch is now deceased I do herewith
<br /> amend th'e THIRD ai�d FOIIRTH Paragraphs of my said Will to read as
<br /> follows; ,
<br /> : THIR D
<br /> - All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real
<br /> estate and person�l propertp, whether now owned by me or hereafter
<br /> acquired and wheresoever situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my
<br /> son, Harry Baasch and to my son, Clarence Baasch, share and share
<br /> alike, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> I name, norrmate and appoint my son, Harry Baasch, to be
<br /> ���cutor of this, my Last Will a�d Testament, and Codicil, further
<br /> requesting he be not required to furnish surety on his official
<br /> band as such.
<br /> In all other respects I reaffirm and confirm the provisions
<br /> of my Last Will and Testament dated June 27, 1961.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have h ereunto affixed my signature
<br /> :and executed the forego�g as a Cqdicil to my Last Will and Testament �
