<br /> ERNEST H. BAASCH
<br /> I, �rnest H. Baasch, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> do herewith make, publish and declare this to he my :Last 'Will a�d
<br /> Testament in manner and form as follows:
<br /> FI RST � :
<br /> I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named., to pay all of
<br /> my just debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses and
<br /> any expenses incidental to the administration of mp estate as
<br /> soon after my death as can conveniently be done.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Harry Baasch, my
<br /> farm in �lda Township, consisting of 110 acres, more or less arid
<br /> described� as the l�Tortheast �uarter of the Southwest �uarter of
<br /> the Southeast �uarter (NE4S��SE�) of Section Thirteen (13 ) ,
<br /> Township . Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) , West of the 6th P.M.
<br /> and the West One-Half of the Northeast �uarter (W�NE�) and the
<br /> �;ast One-Half of the Northedst �:uarter of the horthwest �uarter
<br /> (E2NE4NW4) , all in Section Fourteen (14) , Township Ten .(:10) ,
<br /> North, Range Ten (10} , 1tlest of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska. I further provided that my son, Harry Baasch, shall
<br /> pay to my son, Clarence Baasch, the sum of �$,000.00 within one
<br /> year after my death and this shall be a lien against the above
<br /> described real estate until paid.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> Al1 the rest, residue. and remainder of my estate, bath
<br /> real estate and personal property, whether now owned by me or
<br /> hereafter acquired and wheresoever situ2ted I give, devise and
<br /> bequeath to my wife, Katie K. Baasch, to have and to hold the
<br /> same forever.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my wife, Katie K. Baasch, to
<br /> be Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, further requesti ng
<br /> she be not required to furnish surety on her official bond as such.
<br /> FIFTH
<br /> I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me made.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I �iave hereunto affixed my signature
<br /> and executed the foregoing as my Last i�ill and Testament in
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of June, 1961.

<br /> that Ernest H. Baasch, the testator, subscribed his name to the

<br /> we, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of
<br /> each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses.
