<br /> and bequeath to Bertha Pankratz, Edith Lagsding, Gwendolyn
<br /> Seier, and Velma Crosby, on the condition, however, as to
<br /> the said Velma Crosby� that they shall pay any indebtedness
<br /> whether secured by mortgage or otherwise, owing to me; share
<br /> and share alike, and to their heirs at law absolutely and
