LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY ETTA �.OSE
<br /> I, MARY ETTA ROSE, residing in the City .of Sacramento,_ County
<br /> of Sacramento, State of California, being of sound and disposing
<br /> mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or the
<br /> undue influence of any person, or persons whomsoever, do make, pub-
<br /> lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in the
<br /> manner following, that is to say: �
<br /> FIRST: I hereby revoke all former Wills and Codicils to Wills
<br /> by me made.
<br /> SECOND: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
<br /> be paid by my Executor hereinafter named.
<br /> THIRD: I hereby declare that I am a widow; that I have one
<br /> son, GALEN LEE ROSE, SR., residing at 2725 7tTm Avenue, Sacramento,
<br /> California, and one granddaughter, ROSE LEE BEEBE, the daughter of
<br /> my deceased daughter, RUTH M. R04�TE, residing at Long Beach, Cali-
<br /> fornia.
<br /> FOURTH: I confirm to my said son, GALEN LEE ROSE, SR. , one-
<br /> half of the government bonds of which I may die possessed being
<br /> those which are now held in his name and mine as joint tenants.
<br /> FZFTH: I give and devise to my son, GALEN LEE ROSE, SR. , the
<br /> following real property:
<br /> (a) That certain real property situated inr�,Cameron Town-
<br /> ship, Hall County, State of Nebraska, being the northeast qua.rter
<br /> of Section 11, Township 11, North Range 12 West;
<br /> (b) That certain real property in Hall County, State of
<br /> Nebraska,being the southeast quarter of Section 27, Township ll,
<br /> Ran;e 12.
<br /> S�IXTH: I give, devise and bequeath to my granddaughter, ROSE
<br /> LEE BEEBE, the following: '
<br /> (a) One-half of my government bonds, be,ing those which
<br /> formerly were held in joint tenancy with my deceased daughter,
<br /> RUTH M. ROWE, and me, provided I have not had �ime to placet,�h�m in
