LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF
<br /> WESLEY D. GLENN
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Wesley D. Glenn,
<br /> being a resident of, znd having legal domicile in, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory and
<br /> under no duress, do hereby make, publish and declare this instru-
<br /> ment to be my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> 1. I hereby cancel, annul and revoke all wills and codi-
<br /> cils made by me at any time heretofore.
<br /> 2. I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses and
<br /> expenses in connection with the administration of my estate, shall
<br /> be paid as soon as practicable after my death. Application of the
<br /> assets of my estate to the payment of such debts and expenses shall
<br /> be made in the following order:
<br /> First: Proceeds from sale of my personal property, exclud-
<br /> ing, howe`ser, my household goodsa and furniture, my
<br /> clothing, and other similar personal effects.
<br /> Second: Proceeds from sale of my real estate, excluding,
<br /> however, my farm in Hall County, Nebraska, which
<br /> is �ie�cribed in Paragraph 6 of my will,
<br /> Third: Proceeds from the sale of my farm in Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, which is described in Paragraph 6 of my
<br /> will.
<br /> Fourth: Proceeds from the sale of any non-exempt house-
<br /> hold goods and furniture, clothing, and othea�
<br /> similar, personal effects.
<br /> 3. I hereby appoint Earl W. Glenn, my son, of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, as executor of this my last will. In the event
<br /> that he fails to qualify, or ceases to serve, as such executor,
<br /> then I hereby appoint Elmer E. Glenn, my son, of Hastings, Nebraska,
<br /> as executor. In the further event that he also fails to qualify
<br /> or ceases to serve, as such executor, then I hereby appoint Stella
<br /> Glenn Schroeder, my daughter, as executrix. I request that no bond
<br /> or surety be required of any of the three persons specifically named
<br /> ,in this paragraph, in the event that he or she serves as such execu-
<br /> tor or executrix. The executor, executrix, administrator with will
