<br /> CODICIL
<br /> I, WILLIAM FRED GEORGE MEYER, ALSO KNOWN AS W. MEYERS AND
<br /> W�. M. MEYERS, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having made my
<br /> Last Will and Testament and having made the foregoing Last Will and
<br /> Testament dated the 12th day of February, 1956, do now make this Codi-
<br /> cil to be taken as a part of the same.
<br /> � FIRST
<br /> I hereby confirm and ratify the said Will in every respect
<br /> exception insofar as any part of it is inconsistent with this
<br /> Codicil.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give , devise , and bequeath unto my half-sisters , GUSTA
<br /> GRATTOPP, MINNIE AOCHO AND MARTHA DeMEMPHREY, and my half-brother,
<br /> HARRY MEYERS, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) , each. They are my
<br /> half-sisters and half-brother, and I wish to remember them in this
<br /> manner in my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> I give, devise, and bequeath unto my sisters, ROSE WEYER,
<br /> and IDA WALTERS, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) , each, with love
<br /> and affection. In my original Will, Paragraph 3. , I did not make
<br /> any bequest for these sisters; however, I feel it is only proper
<br /> I remember them with the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) , each.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> I further ratify Paragraph 4. of my original Will, by adding
<br /> to Paragraph 4. , this statement: Tha t in consideration of the
<br /> care and attention which MARY ADAMS has extended to me during all
<br /> my illness and her unselfishness in coming at my call at all hours
<br /> of the day and night, without any pay whatsoever, it is my Will
<br /> that this property be bequeathed to her. She has been taking care o£ me
<br /> twelve years.
<br /> In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my ha nd this lst
<br /> day of September, 1960, at Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br /> published, and declared by the Testator, William Fred George Meyer,

<br /> r equestc and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have
<br /> attested the same and subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
