Douglas, of the City of Clarksburg, County oP Harrison and State of West Virginis, being oP sound and disposing mind and memo�►�, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all other and f'ormer wills by me at any time heretofore made. �.. I direct the payment oP all my just debts and funeral ex- penses. 2. I give and bequeath to Edward S. Wallis and Fanny W. Wallis, of said City of �larksburg, the sc�m of seven thousand dolla�s (�7,000) . 3. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of the property and estate, real, personal and mixed, of whatsoe ver nature and wheresoever situate, of which I may die seized or possessed, or in or to which I may have any right, title or interest, to my sister, Lina May Douglas Caldwell. I have made no provision for my mother ; first, because she was well provided for by the will of my f ather; but primarily because I know that my sister will ampl� provide and care for her. !�. I constitute and appoint Kendall H. Keeney, of said Cit,y of Clarksbur�, the executor of' this my last will and testament, and direct that he shall give bond , with a good and reliable surety company as surety, in the penal sum of seventy-five thousand dollars (�75,000) .
