7. That Lloyd �dflliam Cox died seized of the following

<br /> Lot Four {4) in Block Eighteen (18) of University
<br /> Place, an addition to the City o£ Grand Island,
<br /> �iall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Y7FiEREFORE, IT IS CONSIDERED ORDLRED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED
<br /> that the final account of the administratrix herein be and the same
<br /> hereby is settled, allowed and approvedt �at the statements and
<br /> allegations in the petition for final settlement are true and
<br /> correct; that the estate has been duly administered, and all claims,
<br /> debts and expenses of adminis-tration have been duly paid; that there
<br /> is no inheritance tax, federal estate tax or other tax due and
<br /> owing from the estate; that there is left in the hands of the admin-
<br /> istratrix the sum of 5173.2I which she is directed to distribute
<br /> equally to the heirs at law hereinafter named; ;that Lloyd William Cox
<br /> died intestate, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska on the 9th
<br /> day of t�ay, 1960 leaving as his sole and only heirs at law the
<br /> following pErsanss Margie McCormack, sister, I�ella Parr, sister,
<br /> Hazelle Ingram, sister, Gladys Brandt, sister, Benjamin Cox, brother,
<br /> Ralph Cox, brother and Chester Cox, brother; that Lat Four (4) ,
<br /> B1ock �,ighteen (18) , of University Place, an addition to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska is hereby assigned and set
<br /> over as follows: an undivided. one-seventh interest to each of
<br /> said heirs at law; that when each of the heirs named herein have
<br /> filed their receipt aeknowledging receipt and assi.gnment of the
<br /> interest to which each is entitled, wit.h this Court, said adminis-
<br /> tratrix an� her bondsmen shall be discharged ancl released from
<br /> further responsibility and liability in conn�ction �ith the estate
